Warranty & Replacement Policy
2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
ibiyaya’s quality assurance ensures all products are free from defects at the time of purchase. We provide a 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship within two years of purchase, with valid proof of purchase.

Coverage includes: product malfunctions, failures, or defects caused by substandard materials or craftsmanship.

Warranty is non-transferable and void if the product has been mishandled, neglected, modified, interfered with, or otherwise damaged.

ibiyaya reserves the right to substitute, discontinue, alter, or change any product or part without prior notice. If a product is discontinued, a comparable replacement part or product will be provided.
Warranty Claims Procedure
To file a warranty claim:

Contact the original place of purchase (including distributors and affiliate websites).

For direct assistance, call (909) 602-0002 ext 802 or email pet@ibiyaya-usa.com (Mon–Fri, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm EST).

Provide photographs of the issue for verification.
If a defect is confirmed, ibiyaya will replace the defective part with a similar or identical product at no cost.
Replacement Parts Policy

If your item arrives damaged, contact pet@ibiyaya-usa.com or call (909) 602-0002 ext 802 immediately.

Photos may be required to confirm the issue.

Approved replacement parts will ship within 3–5 business days.
We stock replacement parts for all pet strollers and some pet backpacks. However:

Wear and tear, misuse, or accidents are not covered under warranty.

Customers bear the cost of replacement parts not covered under warranty.

Exclusions
The Manufacturer’s Warranty does not cover:

Damages or malfunctions not caused by defects in materials or workmanship.

Misuse, neglect, or alterations made by the customer.
Products without valid proof of purchase.
